I’ve had a good experience with Desert Key Properties in the past, which is why this stay was a bit disappointing. The team is generally professional and the booking process is smooth, which I appreciate. However, the apartment itself was not up to the usual standard this time. There was noticeable noise and disturbance, the gas was not working which caused inconvenience, and the bedroom lights were also not functioning. Overall, there is clear potential and a good track record, but more attention to maintenance and quality checks is needed to match the level of service I experienced before.
