Smooth check-in, brand new apartment, and fully equipped with everything you need. Pet-friendly is a huge bonus for us! Desert Key was prompt and responsive, and the guest relations manager made sure we felt safe and comfortable throughout. Any hiccups were quickly resolved. Only note is that the parking ramp winds up a few levels, but overall we had a wonderful stay. ✨

Positive: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfectly arranged from start to finish, and all the facilities were provided just as promised. The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable for everyone.
