Absolutely Unacceptable – Humiliating and Disastrous Experience Negative: This was, without any exaggeration, one of the most humiliating and disastrous accommodation experiences I have ever had — and unfortunately, it happened for the second time. Previously, I booked through Yas website and faced the exact same chaos. I still decided to give this place another chance by booking through Booking, hoping things would improve. Instead, the experience was significantly worse. I booked and paid in full. They contacted me via WhatsApp requesting passport copies and car ownership documents, which I provided immediately. Despite this, upon arriving late at night, I was stopped at the gate, sent to the wrong building, then sent back again. After wasting a long time, I was treated with extreme rudeness and told that I had no booking at all, even while showing full confirmation and proof of payment. The staff took zero responsibility and kept saying, “Contact the person who messaged you, this is not our problem.” I was left outside at night, forced to make calls and wait endlessly, while security continuously harassed me to move my car, claiming parking is not allowed before apartment handover. The behavior of the staff was disgraceful, but the worst part was the manager, Ahmed, whose attitude was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. After more than an hour of arguments and phone calls, I finally received the apartment. I was told the parking card would be inside the apartment. It turned out to be non-functional. The next morning, between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, multiple people repeatedly rang my doorbell demanding that I leave, even though I only entered the apartment at midnight due to their own delays. When I checked out, I left the useless parking card on the table. Despite this, the manager called me several times in an extremely rude manner, falsely accusing me of not returning the card and aggressively demanding 250 AED payment. This place operates with zero respect, zero organization, and zero professionalism.
