Positive: I like the view the most. The unit was on the corner of the 58th floor and everything looks stunning if you are viewing from the unit. It made Reem island looked gorgeous. Negative: Sound proofing from the adjacent unit was bad. Just playing music at 40 volume from the TV was enough to cause disturbance to the other unit.
