地理位置比较便捷，靠近亚斯岛的乐园，室外儿童俱乐部也很好。房东也比较细致，沟通顺畅，价格性价比高。房间在顶楼，唯一缺点就是房子在飞机起飞航线上，即便窗户和门关闭了，还是有噪音，对睡眠质量要求高的，需要酌情考虑。
