Overall, it was a pleasant stay, despite some challenges with parking and luggage assistance. Positive: The stay was beautiful and enjoyable. The place was classy and very clean. I would like to thank Mr. Jamal for his excellent treatment and warm hospitality. Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. Honestly, it was tiring and complicated. Also, there was no luggage assistance service. I suffer from chronic pain, and my mother has heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure, so carrying the luggage was very exhausting due to the long distance from the parking area.
